Final 2018 Division A football poll released

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – The eighth Division A North Dakota high school football poll was released Wednesday, October 17. It is the final poll of the season. The poll is voted on by members of the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.

At the top of the final poll is defending state champion Hillsboro/Central Valley (8-0) for the eighth straight week. The Burros received 11 first-place votes. Langdon Area/Edmore/Munich (8-0) received three first place votes and checked in at No. 2. Bishop Ryan, Bowman County and Carrington rounded out the Division A poll.

Division A

1. Hillsboro-Central Valley (11) 8-0 70
2. Langdon/Edmore/Munich (3) 8-0 61
3. Bishop Ryan 8-0 36
4. Bowman County (1) 8-0 33
5. Carrington 7-1 14
Others Receiving Votes: Velva (7-1), Dickinson Trinity (6-1).
