  • Kindred defeated Langdon 3-1 (25-17, 22-25, 25-17, 25-22) in the 2012 NDHSAA Class B volleyball state championship match.

  • Kenmare defeated Lisbon 3-0 (25-21, 25-23, 25-19) in the 2007 NDHSAA Class B volleyball state championship match.

  • Bismarck Legacy has made two appearances at the NDHSAA Class A Volleyball State Tournament (2015 and 2016).

  • Williston defeated Mandan 3-1 (25-20, 25-17, 22-25, 25-23) in the 2004 NDHSAA Class A volleyball state championship match.

  • Dickinson won back-to-back NDHSAA Class A volleyball state championships in 2005 and 2006.

  • Harvey defeated Linton/HMB 14-0 in the 2008 NDHSAA Division A football state championship game in 2008.

  • Hazen defeated Milnor/North Sargent 20-0 in the 2013 NDHSAA Division A football state championship game.

  • New Rockford Sheyenne defeated Divide County 40-22 in the 2012 NDHSAA 9-man football state championship game.

  • Cavalier won back-to-back NDHSAA 9-man division football state championships in 2013 and 2014.

  • Grafton defeated Fargo Shanley 22-6 in the 2011 NDHSAA Division AA football state championship game.
